Most projects require a deposit to schedule crew time and materials. Remaining balances are due according to the payment schedule in your project agreement. We accept payment by major debit and credit cards, check, or invoice.

Timelines provided are estimates based on typical project conditions. Delays caused by weather, material availability, permitting, or site conditions beyond our control may affect the schedule; we will communicate any changes as they arise.

5. Licensing and permits

Summit Crown Construction LLC is licensed and insured. We will secure necessary permits for applicable work as outlined in your project agreement, unless otherwise specified.

6. Workmanship warranty

We provide a workmanship warranty on completed projects, with specific terms and duration outlined in your signed project agreement. This warranty covers our labor and craftsmanship and does not extend to manufacturer defects in materials, which are covered separately by their respective manufacturer warranties.

7. Cancellations

Cancellation terms, including any deposit refund eligibility, are outlined in your signed project agreement and depend on work already scheduled or completed at the time of cancellation.
