Use the contact form, call, or email us with your project details and location. We'll follow up with a free, detailed estimate, usually within one business day.
02 Do you require a deposit to start a project?
Most projects require a deposit to schedule materials and crew time. The remaining balance is billed according to a payment schedule outlined in your project agreement.
03 How long does a typical project take?
Timelines vary widely by project — a flooring or tile job may take days, while a full home build takes months. We'll give you a realistic timeline as part of your estimate and keep you updated if anything changes.
04 How are materials sourced and delivered?
We source materials from trusted local and regional suppliers and coordinate delivery to your project site as part of our scheduling. Any material lead times are communicated up front so there are no surprises mid-project.
05 What's your warranty policy?
We stand behind our work with a workmanship warranty on completed projects. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll make it right — specific warranty terms are outlined in your project agreement.
06 Do you offer any discounts?
We periodically offer seasonal promotions and a referral discount for clients who send new business our way. Ask us when you request your estimate and we'll let you know what's currently available.
07 What areas do you serve?

08 Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Summit Crown Construction LLC is fully licensed and insured, and documentation is available on request.
